• Wait for approval via email, which typically takes 1–3 business days.
• Approved affiliates will receive a unique tracking link to promote our products.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Accurate Representation: Affiliates must represent our products truthfully and avoid making false claims.
• Marketing Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to advertising laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act.
• Link Usage: Affiliates must use their unique tracking link for all promotions.

5. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a standard commission of 15% per sale.
• Payment Threshold: Payments are issued when commissions reach a minimum of $50 USD.
• Payout Schedule: Payments are processed on the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings.
• Payment Methods: Commissions are paid via PayPal or Payoneer.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Spamming, including mass email or social media messages.
• Engaging in unethical or misleading promotional tactics.
• Using paid ads to bid on keywords that include "Vital Sway" or similar brand terms.

7. Termination

Vital Sway reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Inactivity for more than 6 months.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined above.

8. Confidentiality

All information provided by Vital Sway, including promotional materials, commission rates, and affiliate performance data, must be kept confidential.

9. Amendments

Vital Sway reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard.
